I've been pulled towards the world of corporate wellness for the past three years now, little by little. With that territory comes public speaking. A lot of classes, sessions, workshops, seminars...speaking opportunities. When I decided I was going to embrace that fully and run with it because it's what felt right, albeit challenging, several opportunities, and ideas started flowing in as if the universe was just waiting for me to say yes.
